Iggy's Task List — Thu Oct 22, 2026

Iggy keeps this page updated. Talk back with the mic at the bottom — your voice goes straight to Iggy.

Lab mic fix is LIVE on your office, and my round-2 hardening ships next, straight to your office — uploads retry once on a hiccup, and your phone force-reloads instead of showing a stale page.
Stale-list fix: your phone can no longer overwrite the Lab list with an old copy. The page now merges everything from the bus, and the Lab header shows a "Synced" time so you can see it's current.
Movable tiles — press, hold, drag to reorder your office, and it sticks.
Ari + VR Studio tiles open the live apps, and there's a proper Salsa Kings icon for your home screen.
Office search bar — members, privates, QR codes, projects. Type "QR codes" and they all pop up.
Member files now show last purchased + member since; privates show their last class package.
Direct messages — chats go straight to the person, no relay. Each person's page opens with what they're working on and what's waiting on your approval.
Group chat — the whole team in one room, text or voice.
Jarvis pops it up — ask for something and it opens: QR codes, the Lab, a person's page.
Lab list: pending reviews sit on top, sections tap to collapse. Preset one-tap replies in every chat. Mic page carries all 12 office icons plus a send-a-file button (pipe tested live).
All of the above is shipped live to your office.

Privates + members edit-in-place — ready to build the moment Milo confirms the save format (asked twice, his lane).
Daily 3 videos — 0 filed today: no new footage in any folder this morning. The second footage lands, it goes into the edit queue.

Milo's answers — the edit save format. Builds ship live to your office; the approval goes straight to you.
New footage drops for the daily videos.
